Figure EUR-gre-014. Alexei Alexeev and the south-east view of the Island of Delos, according to the legendary tradition, the birthplace of the divine twins Apollo and Artemis. The Sacred Lake, the Sacred Way, and the Terrace of the Lions with sculptures dedicated by the Naxians are visible in the distance (eight originals are at the Archaeological Museum, one at the Venetian Arsenal).
